As parents, we want to set both ourselves and our children up for success. And some people may only think of that as material success, but success in life stretches far beyond materialistic things or our careers. A crucial part of success is knowing how to care for your body and acting on that. This allows you to experience a higher quality of life and enables you to do more things in life that you enjoy- maybe that’s playing outside with your family, going for walks in the woods, or working with your hands.
Even before I became a mother, I realized that someday my health- mental and physical- was going to shape the health of my children. Now, as a mother, I fully understand how big of a role a parent’s health plays in their kid’s lives. Through my work as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, I deeply enjoy supporting parents to improve their health and hearing how the changes they make have impacted the choices they are making for their families. My personal experiences and those with my clients inspired me to want to reach more parents, and that’s where the idea of Generational Health Magazine came from.
Generational Health Magazine was developed to help you become successful in improving and nurturing the health of your whole family. We believe life is truly a gift and undeniably precious, and we want to be a source of optimism and resources so that you can live a healthy and vibrant life to its fullest.
We are not just another superficial health magazine.
